The template is designed for the corresponding stainless-steel sliding door rail of the Iveco Daily.

Installation

1. Prepare the sliding door and stainless-steel rail for installation.
2. Position the drilling template at the specified location.
3. Mark the drilling position using the supplied marking pen.
4. Use the center punch to secure the marking point.
5. Start the hole with the pilot drill.
6. Enlarge the hole to the required size using the suitable drill bit.
7. Deburr the drilled hole.
8. Install the padlock.

Note regarding the stainless-steel sliding door rail

The sliding door rail is made of stainless steel. After drilling, the hole only needs to be properly deburred. Additional corrosion protection of the drilled edge is not required for stainless steel.
